This is a support service designed to assist with the purchase of CDs containing serial codes that are sold exclusively in Japan.

It helps overseas fans and non-Japanese speakers participate smoothly in Japan-only lottery events by offering the following services:

・Proxy purchase of CDs sold in Japan

・Advance delivery of the included serial codes

・Translation support for application instructions (Japanese only)

・In-person handover of the purchased CDs during the event period (in Japan only)

I・f the CD is not needed, we will store or dispose of it at your request

※ Please note: The physical CD is considered your personal property upon purchase under Japanese law.

We will store or dispose of the CD only based on your explicit instructions.

If we do not receive any request for handover within one month of purchase, we will assume you have no intention to claim it and proceed with disposal.

The use of serial codes is entirely your responsibility.

You must agree to a Waiver of Liability (User Responsibility Statement) to use this service.

Serial codes are treated as digital items, and will be delivered digitally.

We do not respond to inquiries or complaints regarding event application outcomes.

📝 Waiver of Liability (User Responsibility Statement)

By using the “Japan-Exclusive CD Purchase Support Service” (hereinafter referred to as “this service”), I fully understand and agree to the following terms:

Article 1: Understanding of Service Content

I understand that this service supports proxy purchase of CDs and notification/support for serial code usage, and is not intended for the sale or transfer of serial codes alone.

Article 2: Principle of Self-Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for using any serial code obtained through this service, and I will comply with the terms and conditions of the event organizers.

I agree that I will not hold the service provider liable for any invalid entries, damages, or losses that may arise from use of the code.

I acknowledge that this service may be offered even when its use might conflict with the organizer’s terms, and I choose to use it at my own discretion.

Article 3: Compliance with Event Rules

I agree to read and understand the event/application rules set by each artist or organizer, and I recognize that this service acts only in a supportive capacity.

Article 4: Disclaimer

I agree that the service provider is not liable for any issues arising from the following:

Entry invalidation by the organizer

Cancellation or invalidation of winnings

Defects in the serial code or issues with the organizer's system

Delays, loss, or damage during shipping (within Japan)
